Protection against negativity: only by blessing the other
If you are aware of somebody, you are in resonance with that person. If subsequently
your energy drops, you are losing energy to your environment. But you are not necessarily
taking it from or giving it to the other person. In most cases when your energy drops,
it will drop over there as well. The only protection you have from psychic things
or anything that you are aware of (when you are in resonance there is a copy in you)
is by blessing the other person. If you both are in resonance and become a copy of
each other, you can only be aware, there is no other way. There are many ways of
making a psychic protection or protecting the house, but this will only help you
against things you are not aware of. What you are aware of is already inside of you.
You are putting the protection out there but the attack is in here, because you are
in resonance, you are aware.
The only thing we can do is to trick the system. How
can we trick the system? You raise your energy. But it is more difficult to raise
it here and expect it to affect the other person, if he already has a negative effect
on you. The best way is to send light, a spiritual blessing, to the other person.
