Electromagnetic radiation
On this page we want to give an overview of the effects of electromagnetic radiation
in general and the effect of the use of mobile or cellular phones in particular.
The
first part of the page in Dutch is translated here, the rest will follow in due course.
As there is much information available in English on the internet, we will only translate
it when there is a need for it.

Electromagnetic spectrum
Elektromagnetic waves vary tremendously in wavelength / frequency. The visible part of the spectrum is only a small part. Below a simplified illustration.
If you want to find more information, internet is a good source. Radiation with a
shorter wavelength or higher frequency than visible light is known to be dangerous
for living beings. These are the well known X-
Of the radiation with a lower frequency or longer wavelengths than
the visible light is said that they are not dangerous provided you don't get a too
high dosis. Mobile phones have their emissions in the microwave area. The discussion
is about "what is acceptable".
The human is energy. The physical body is densified
energy.
The problem is that it is very difficult to measure the influence of electromagnetic
radiation on the very subtle electrical communications between the cells in the body.
There are strong indications that the immune system is affected.
There is the heating aspect. Therefore they use the SAR values, but many phones have
a higher values than allowed.
Probably much more important than the heating aspect
is the influence of electromagnetic radiation on the very subtile electromagnetic
radiation of living organisms. The present science cannot measure that properly;
the orthodox scientist may say therefore "what we cannot measure does not exist".
Why
almost nothing is done against it, is because of the huge amount of money involved
and because the users of the mobile phone love their toy.

Because of the fear, there
exist many ways for "alternative protection". A search on internet with the words:
Radiation Protection "Cellular Phone" or with "EMF Pollution Protection" gives a
very large number of hits. Despite what is promised and whatever is real, it is good
to use the mobile phone only when really useful. Don't use it as babyphone and it
is not a toy for children.
